Not sure Magneto could control trillions and trillions of nanites. He'd have to target each one individually; all at once. GORT can seemingly consume anything to multiple.

Independence day , Mars attacks and war of the worlds aliens will be handled by Avengers , Voldemort and Ghost rider.

100000 Wolf predators will be handled by Wolverine, Weapon XI and Edward Cullen.

The rest is for Doom and angel.
