Since this is the 2014 version, this is not total spite but neither Hulk has been shown to do anything that would even harm him. If this was Heisei/Final Wars Godzilla he literally wouldn't even notice them.

Oh, and 2014 version of Godzilla is weighed in at 90,000 metric tons. So they, won't even be budging him seeing as the best strength feats between both of them is punching a leviathan, tossing the turret of an Abrams,( roughly,10-15 tons, 20,at very max) and destroying that street was probably the best.
