Pretty sure Loki is quite a bit above them in strength and durability. I mean, I don't think the Herculeses can brag about surviving an exploding arrow to the face.

I think Loki beats both, though the 2nd Herc will be a much tougher fight. That one had legit super strength, is more skilled than Rock Herc, and had that ridiculously OP lightning-sword-whip-spam-thing going. But then Loki is used to getting his ass fried with lightning by now. So Loki wins both rounds.
