The Powerpuff Girls would beat the shit out of them.
No, a single girl would easily solo this encounter. They are consistently portrayed as massively hypersonic in speed, and even have FTL showings under their skirts. Buttercup was physically strong enough to lift a very large man while he was lifting a mountain, and they have physically destroyed meteors the size of cities.
You could add the entire Harry Potter setting, Man of Steel Superman, Hancock, and John McClane to the Death Eater side, and the girls would still probably win.

and it's been stated on these forums that a slight metahuman like Khan can annihilate the Man of Steel, so by that logic the Death Eaters should have a chance here.
