New-Kirk is gimped as he only has two films to draw from while the others have so much more. So I'm not including him until after the 3rd film.
1) Picard, Kirk, Sisko, Janeway, Archer (K and P are very close here)
2) Kirk, Picard, Sisko, Janeway, Archer
3) Picard, Sisko, Janeway, Archer, Kirk
4) Kirk (by a lot), Picard, Sisko, Archer
