Luke as of the End of ROTJ and Anakin as of ROTS when he fought Dooku.
Luke travels back in time to fight with his father and take out the Sith before Anakin becomes Vader.
In this gauntlet they receive full rest before each battle. How far do they get?

Truthfully, I do not think Sidious speed is going to be to much for both of them to handle. I think it comes down to how Sidious uses his force attacks. If he decides to fight them the way he fought Yoda then he could definitely win. If he fights them the way he fought Mace then he loses.

Luke has no real answer to Sidious force power or his speed. Thus this leaves vader vs Sidious. Sidiosu wins due to greater force powers and lightsaber dueling.
If Luke's raw power enable him to deal with Vader it will enable his to deal with Sidious speed. Force attacks it where Sidious would have the advantage.
