Wasn't Raph or one of his brothers deflect a bunch of arrows shot at him in rapid succession? He's definitely faster and physically stronger than Cage based on him tossing a storage unit. I doubt Cage will land a hit and even if he does he's just naturally durable (Falling out of planes, surviving an airplane crash, deflecting bullets with his shell), he should just come back and beat him up until he gets exhausted
