Final form Deadpool was hardly reacting to full Wolverine stabs, and healing almost instantly. He seemed to take it better than W or Sabertooth imo.

Lizard regrew his hand/fingers, bone, muscle, sinew and skin in a matter of seconds. He gets my vote.

Not sure about CW Flash, not seen.

Can't remember any healing feats from Venom in Spider-Man 3, nor can I recall enough to comment on CW Flash.

From best to worst:
1. Lizard
2. Barakapool
3. Wolverine
4. Deadpool
5. Sabertooth
6. X-23
7. Old Man Logan

Wolverine survived a nuke as well as Phoenix burning his flesh off at point blank range; he'd recover instantly as she continued to burn off the new skin so I think Wolverine takes #1 spot here

Nah. Lizard definitely takes the top spot.... seemed virtually unstoppable. Without the very specific airborn anti-virus (or whatever it was) Spider-Man would have been murdered.... he wasn't making any headway whatsoever in putting the Lizard down, and neither was the SWAT team who emptied a sh!tload of bullets into him.
