Okay, first of all, he would have to get into close quarters to do so. And i doubt Silver Samurai would even let him.
Ultron gets sliced before he even gets in range.

Ultron is quicker, stronger and more agile then Logan, Logan was able to rip the armor off with his strength. Ultron can fly, way more agile.
He destroys SS easier then Logan.
Ulton can control metal, he can completely immobilize and lift SS to where he can't even move.

No he cant.
How would he hack into the armor? He needs to either physically connect, or through a wireless method.
But i doubt Silver Samurai armor cna be hacked.
