I haven't watched S2 Supergirl yet, but I know S1 Supergirl gets stomped. She may be strong and fast but she's a very crappy fighter.

Season 3 Supergirl has generally been more impressive than she has been before. She's definitely improved a lot as a fighter, and she seems more consistent in her use of abilities as well. However, if Hela's blades can damage her, I see Supergirl losing. I don't see Kara being able to avoid Hela spamming those swords at her for long.
