Depending on where they fight, Ultron might be able to lure Fenris into a BFR, like Hulk did. Otherwise, I don't see how he can beat the giant wolf. His actual damage output (other than decent levels of physical strength) wasn't overly impressive. But, at the same time, if Ultron uses his abilities, including flight, intelligently, Fenris will struggle to give him any serious hassles either. It'd be never-ending cat and mouse.
