Colossus is stronger than Loki imo. But that doesn't really matter. Loki can illusify them all day long and cut off Wade's head. And his knives could more than likely pierce Pete's skin as they had to nerf him quite a bit in that movie. So yeah, bad day for the X people.

Well, Colossus was still durable enough to tank automatic fire and a large explosion. But we've seen Asgardian armour take similar abuse, yet Loki's dagger easily pierced Thor's armour in Avengers.
