Vader. As far as a fight goes, Vader's ability to quickdraw massive amounts of damage should outdo Strangest ability to make a portal. And this is EU Vader? Yah, he crushes.

You do realize it takes a lot longer for Vader to kill someone with the attack than for Strange to use his magic. Want to go over the evidence.
