Weakest character that can tank a farewell from Black Bolt?
To give you a bit of context, the building is a bunker in Attilan, specifically meant to be a secret stronghold for the royal family. The farewell part is around the 1:35 mark:
So, as the thread title says, who is the weakest characters that can tank that without taking damage?

Her best shield so far was able to briefly contain Rumlow's bomb, but it ultimately failed. And that blast looked less powerful than Black Bolt's words. Her shields were collapsed by a few blasts from Ultron bots before as well. Maybe if she gives it 100%, she could block it, but I really would not bet money on it.
