If plot is on his side, he can make it to Black Sky. If he is in jobber mode, he loses to 3 fodder Hand ninjas.

Darhk is one of the worst CW characters in terms of ability fluctuation. One week, he can stalemate Green Arrow. Next week, he gets his ass kicked by some prison thugs.
