Aquaman was a bit underwhelming to be honest. I mean other than stabbing Steppenwolf at one point, and stopping a large wave, I can't recall a single particularly impressive thing he did. He did also take a punch from Superman, but Clark was treating him more like a nuisance than anything else, and punching durability won't help much in an arm wrestling match.
In that regard, it's a pity they cut the runtime for JL. Because Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg could all use more feats. It's hard to gauge strength levels and such based just on what we see in the film. All we can really say is a lot weaker than Superman (considering Clark handled Cyborg, Aquaman and WW combined without much issue). But we have yet to see Superman really hit his limit, so that doesn't say much either.

Yep, gonna have to wait for his own movie to see what he can do. Based on the little we see of him in action in Justice League he's strong and durable but it's hard to place him as of yet.
Wonder what would happen if this arm-wrestling match takes place under water?
I assume he's about as strong as WW based on their comparative performance against Steppenwolf. That puts him at what, slightly above Luke Cage strength?
