Depowered Black Panther vs Nobu
- As the title says, no powers for T'Challa.
- Both fighters are in street clothes.
- Fight takes place in an empty warehouse.
- Opponents start 10 feet apart.
- Win via KO/incapacitation.
Round 1:
Pure H2H.
Round 2:
Nobu gets his shoge hook. T'Challa gets a short spear and shield.

Leaning towards Nobu.
T'Challa is an excellent fighter but while depowered is still prone to get hit by physical attacks or weapons.
This is most likely because T'Challa is more used to fighting "enhanced" just like Cap is.
Nobu is a beast with that hook weapon, and multiple hits will take their toll on T'Challa.

I'm still not entirely sure where Nobu ranks in the Netflix hierarchy at this point. Going strictly by the actual Daredevil story arc/narrative of The Defenders, he's more skilled than any of the actual Fingers of the Hand for some reason, considering Matt was retired in between shows. But then Matt also got an unexplained power creep for the team-up show, which makes things harder to judge.

T'Challa doesn't have enough depowered feats to contend with Nobu. He has zero feats of taking out fodder, so we can't use that to judge him. The two times he fought depowered he struggled, even lost once, and we don't know just how skilled M'Baku and Kilmonger are compared to other MCU street levellers.
At least with Nobu we know he kicked DD's ass and we know how skilled DD is. So yeah, Nobu wins due to better feats
