The Wakandans send a strike team to challenge all the established MCU teams. Team members are:

M'Baku
All members are armed as they were during the final fight scene (complete with vibranium weapons). Both T'Challa and Kilmonger have their nanite suits and have eaten the herb.
They get healed after every round, their opponents are armed in standard gear. Fight is in an open field.

If they somehow get past round 2 the Wakandans stop hard a round 3 due to Scarlet Witch. Which is weird since I think they could take the GotG with mid difficulty with Groot being the biggest challenge.
To be totally honest, if Yo-Yo knew how the nanite suits worked, she could potentially solo. As stated by Okoye when fighting Killmonger, you can disable the suit if you can manage to swipe the necklace.
Yo-Yo is so much faster than anyone here that she could swipe both, plus a vibranium weapon, before anyone on Team Wakanda knew what was happening.
