Which among these 3 cbm civilizations failed their duty to Earth the most:
1. The Amazons (from Wonder Woman) - who mentioned it was their sacred duty to fight Ares and help mankind... yet never raised a hand to actually do anything, not even when war brought men to their shores, not when Ares was finally unearthed, and didn't do anything more than light a fire when Steppenwolf came to conquer Earth.
2. The Wakandans - who had enough technology to end a plethora of sicknesses and help their fellow man (Rhodey would have benefit from getting his spine fixed) yet decided to keep it all to themselves. It's not only medicinal, they also seemed to have a bunch of transportation technology that again could have helped the world but was chosen to be kept secret.
3. The Asgardians - who call themselves the protector of the 9 realms but never really seemed to actively try and help mankind throughout all the major wars fought on Earth, not even when chitauri came to invade or Ultron almost destroyed Earth. Granted Thor was on Earth, but that was more due to Thor's personal inclination than any official support sent by Asgard.
Wakanda, hands down. The best the Amazons could do to help earth is provide military assistance. Wakanda can do far far more.
Asgard could as well, but Asgard isn't actually on Earth. Asgardians coming to Earth was rare, the Wakandans were already here.
Hell even in the comics they do things like...hoard the cure for cancer.
