plus they have t'challa but no h.s.h/suit.

The 300 had nigh-superhuman stats in the movie and feats upon feats shown over-and-over again against a large variety of level bosses...erm, excuse me...armies of Xerxes. That's all they did.
The Wakandans effortlessly destroy them with tech, but they have no such (massive) advantage here.
Only Wakandans who might stand a chance are the Jabari, seeing as they still fight with traditional non-vibranium weapons like clubs and such, and was even able to effectively use those against the Outriders IIRC.
However, the Spartans themselves are a bunch of extremely tough and skilled SOBs, plus their teamwork/phalanx should aid them a lot here. So, Spartans for the win.
