Thinking about bullet dodging, courtesy of HulkIsHulk's Wesker vs Lord Marshall thread, it got me thinking about this one:

So, who is the slowest person that could replicate this?
Because I can think of a few who probably could, but they are all fast as shit lol. Like the Beast, from Kung Fu Hustle, who can do this, at around 2:20:
So, anyone slower who could potentially replicate that in the same manor John did it?

Deadpool is another one I thought of, especially considering it's a single shot.
And that actually kind of makes sense with the Bushmaster calcs, as Luke could still tag him in that fight, despite that feat. Which actually isn't unreasonable if his movement speed is somewhat slower than his perception speed, as he wouldn't necessarily be able to take avoiding action against multiple strikes coming in at different angles/arcs, even if he could perceive all of them, especially if Luke is also punching with at least some degree of enhanced speed himself.
I know the Vs battle guys also use the season 1 rocket launcher feat for Luke, but I don't know how I feel about that one. Because if he can routinely react to surface to air rockets shot at him from across the street, he should be way faster than he is generally depicted as being. But eh, whatever.

I'm a dumbass. There is another street-level type person that probably has a good shot of replicating it. And I should have thought of it before even making the thread, as I brought him and his bullshit powers up multiple times in another recent thread.
And that is, of course, Karnak. Because he actually already has bullet-timed onscreen, but that show is so damn forgettable, it slipped my mind. At around 1:55. And he did this when his powers were still gimped/not at 100%.
And even if he gets hit in the first mental replay, he can keep resetting until he gets it right. Seriously, the more I think about it, the more this power seems flat-out BS OP nonsense.

If Karnak fits, so should Chris Johnson from Next movie
Then this girl from Buffy, Illyia I think

Has Chris shown the ability to react to something coming that fast from that close though (serious question, I haven't watched Next since it came out, like 10 years ago or something)? Like I said, they have to do it like John did, so evade at the last moment. The reason I mention Karnak is both because of the precog + the fact that he didn't just dodge a bullet, but actually chopped it in half. And moving your entire arm in a chopping motion is more complicated than shifting your head to the side.

Actually, the slowest person who could probably do it is Domino, who wouldn't do it with pure speed, but by just happening to move aside as it is being fired.
I doubt Sunny could do that as he currently is. His most impressive speed/reaction feat is probably this one, from around 2:20:
Though he is lucky he isn't a Skyrim guard, or that last shot would have been a gamebreaker.
Might be a different story if he indeed at some point gets his Catalyst powers unsealed though. Because based on what both the Pilgrim and Bajie's old mentor said, he's basically the equivalent of a Dark One Super Saiyan or some shit.

Huh, I forgot about that. To be honest, for the most part, all I remember from Next is the scene in the diner where he tries to approach that one woman who was busy with that other d-bag.
Yeah, she is more than likely capable of just randomly moving in any direction and the bullet would miss her anyway.
Though it probably wouldn't even get to that point. The gun would likely misfire lol.
I was going to also Mention CW The Thinker, but then I thought better of it. Because the guy has not only reacted to bullets and things (even shot at him from behind) on multiple occasions, but he has reacted to the Flash multiple times as well. Which actually makes him, by feats, faster than a lot of characters. And normally I would just chalk reacting to Barry up to PIS, but when it happens multiple times, as well as having other feats of superhuman reflexes/speed, it becomes a pattern. Oh, and he has arguably a more powerful version of Domino's ability.

Kind of veering off my own topic, but now I am wondering how Chris and Karnak's powers would interact if they fought each other. Would the futures they are trying to view and predict constantly be shifting due to the changes each try and affect? Or would they cancel each other out and get precog white noise?

Yeah it's been a long time since I've seen it too so the ones I remember are the one I posted above and when he escapes the casino
