Blade most definitely has much more actual swordfighting skill and experience. And much better durability feats (though Wade has taken hits from guys stronger than any of Blade"s opponents though)
I might've said stronger but it's been a while since I seen the Blade movies, and I can't recall any strength feats from Blade better than Wade's vehicle shoulder tackle. Wade can heal better, but Blade's taken on guy's tougher and stronger than him so I don't think it matters that much. Blade might be a bit offset with Wade's healing but he's faced guys with better HF in La Magra and Normak. When Blade gets his gear, it becomes even more in his side with Kevlar and a variety of guns.
All in all I say Blade 8/10
