With no CIS/PIS plot armor, a group of us on this board could probably kill Negan and his boys if we a couple of months to train undetected.
Frank after the Irish mob drilled through his foot and beat him half to death beats them all, if this is prepped Punisher they don't know what hit 'em.
Inhuman has a good prediction of timeframe IMO: a week to a week and a half total.
If Frank sees Rick as any sort of threat, Rick is a goner. If Frank does not, he goes off on his loner way. Doesn't seem like the join up with your gang of heroes type.
