I'm going with Riot because he can heal from the damage but Shredder cannot. His skills can keep him in the fight only so long against an opponent he can't put down

Shredder is outclassed physically, probably about the same as he outclassed the turtles. His skill will make up for it, but he has no way of actually putting Riot down.. I do believe he will put up a bad ass fight though. Shredder was a straight beast.
