None of them. Hulk barley handled it.

Edit: Also Ronin is Hawkeye. Ronan May survive it though given he can hold an Infinity Stone.

He never held one directly. It was in a weapon. Thanos was able to touch and hold them directly without bothering him much. They never affected him till he used them for the snap.

if the thread starter meant Ronan, ya know the guy from the first GOTG and Captain Marvel, he died...

Drax didn't survive it, but was brought back... So that just leaves Shaw and Logan
