Well, Rob Zombie Michael flipped over a truck and survived getting shot in the head. But Part 3 Jason crushed a man's head with his bare hands so hard his eye popped out of his skull, and survived getting hit in the head with an axe and a hanging. This could go either way.
Was Part 3 the one where Jason just smashes though a barn wall then moments later gets a girl trapped in a van then the girl rolls the door windows up on Jasons arms who then gets stuck in the door?

Which He then smashed with his head. Getting stuck like that in a window is a leverage and balance thing. And he didn't smash thru the barn wall. You are thinking of him smashing thru a door but that was in the end dream sequence.
