Rocky Balboa vs MCU Daredevil with stips

Boxing match. Both at peak. Both told their loved ones will be killed if they.lose, so highly motivated.

Round 1: Matt without armor. Punches only

Round 2: No armor. Kicks allowed

Round 3: Armor allowed. punches only

Round 4: Armor and kicks allowed

Matt. Rocky shouldn't be able to realistically land a blow after what he showed in S2 and Defenders.

If this is Rocky 4 then Rocky wins. Matt couldn�t phase him at all. Rocky took multi ton punches for 12 rounds and was fine at the very end. Plus Apollo couldn�t phase Drago with punches and Rocky was able to hurt Drago.
So whenever Rocky catches Matt then it is over..
