Unless Diana can generate her own lightning or has something in the environment to electrocute Vision, there's really nothing she can do if Vision decides to stay intangible and put a fist in her heart.
I guess if her sword is somehow able to pierce Vision it might disrupt his phasing, similar to how Corvus Glaive did it, but Diana's sword is a bit inconsistent with just how potent it is.
