It begins with each of the Predator (like the super Predator, Upgrade Predator or Wolf from AvP: R) against 1 single Outrider while their (the Predators') plasma casters (maybe except Wolf's plasma gun) in the movies might not be as overly/exceedingly strong like as the ones shown in comics.
Predators should win pretty easily. An Outrider will probably try to charge a Predator head on and get its face melted by a plasma ball. Wakandan soldiers were taking them out in single combat. Now, granted, with the exception of M'Baku's tribe, they did have vibranium weapons (as well as vibranium-laced clothing) that possessed energy capabilities (such as energy blasts and shields), but the Predator also possesses highly advanced alien gear and weapons.

Yet Ronin/Hawkeye could easily slice one in half with a katana with one arm while holding the Infinity Gauntlet in his other one. The numbers are what make Outriders so dangerous. Okoye even killed some with her spear. Multiple normal humans slaughtered Outriders.
Cap is a melee specialist who had zero ranged weapons when fighting them. Also, the Outriders are very strong, but they are still mostly savage beasts. They're likely going to charge the Predator head-on, which is a poor strategy when you're outgunned. And they only did some superficial damage to Hulkbuster's face plate IIRC, and had to dog pile it to do it. You're pitting a single Outrider against an opponent who has a bunch of ranged weapons that could inflict horrible damage to it.

To be fair, Hawkeye and most of the un-augmented humans who fought the Outriders were elite warriors armed with weaponry well suited to the task. The only real exceptions are the Jabari, and the only one to really shine there is M'Baku, who is a freak of nature.
And Okoye is one of the best fighters in Wakanda, a country that values martial prowess so much that they even settle elections that way.
Not that it really matters here, considering the Predator has beyond human stats, elite training and also has a bunch of super advanced weapons with which to deal out death. Basically, it's another one in a long line of horrible mismatches. Maybe if it was a group of Outriders coming from multiple directions it would be a different story, but a single one gets murdered badly.

I'm not arguing that. My point was that with as far as we know a well crafted, but normal katana was used by a human flailing through the air with the IG in his off hand to chop an Outrider clean in half. They're not so physically tough that they can take any attack from a Predator's advanced weaponry if Hawkeye can basically instakill one in an insanely disadvantaged position with a simple swing of his blade. Because Tyranno did his usual "but what about"?! Without actually having a valid argument.
That is true. I mean he cut through it like butter. But I would like tonpoint out that it is Hawkeye with ties to Avengers/Shield/Wakanda it would be silly to assume he is running around with some 420 Stainless Steel Bud K Catalog $29.99 Ninja Sword🤣
Yeah, they seem to be near super-soldiers in terms of raw strength and their claws can damage titanium-gold alloy, but they can be harmed by energy attacks (granted, the blasts from the vibranium spears are stated in Black Panther as being capable of one-shotting tanks), as well as being harmed by strong bladed weapons. And they have no ranged abilities whatsoever. So, fighting an opponent who has a bunch of powerful ranged weapons is always going to end badly unless they outnumber their opponent enough to swarm them.
I mean Bucky armed with a M249 SAW took out a bunch of them before the rest managed to get close enough to engage in melee, so one is going down hard here.
