 Billy Butcher (with Homelander's Powers) vs Homelander

Billy Butcher wakes up one day and discovers he has every single power Homelander does. With these new powers he flies to Homelander in the city to fight him to the death, Homelander knows he's coming, they start 50 feet away from each other.

No outside help, no weapons.

Can Homelander's experience with his powers overcome Butcher's rage and willpower?

Win only by death, KO doesn't count (unless they kill their combatant immediately afterward of course.)
