Actually a hard one. Peggy is probably stronger, but Alucard is close enough and has ridiculous versatality.

Alucard's fight to lose. He has an indestructible shield as well, and a sword he can use telekinetically so Peggy will have to be fighting essentially 2 opponents at once. Also Alucard is strong enough to rip apart Night Creatures and vampires with his bare hands, and was strong enough to brawl with Dracula so no way is Peggy shrugging off his hits.
And on top of all that, he can heal his injuries whenever he wants, ignore damage to an extent(like when Trevor punted him in the balls and he didnt even flinch)is so fast he can basically teleport, and can also turn into a wolf or bats whenever he wants.
He can even create and project fire from his sword and fly so fast he can create shockeaves from the acceleration. Peggy as dope as she is, is essentially a one-trick pony. And as soon as she throws that shield, she's not getting it back.

I agree with all that, though you'd have to note that he could brawl with only a weakened Dracula. At full power, Dracula one-shotted him in seconds so badly that he was permanently scarred and took a year in hibernation to properly heal from it.

That's true. But at full power Dracula can also fire bomb an entire city with a giant projection of his face. He was on an entirely different level and would probably punk Varney/Death so Alucard losing isn't really a knock against him.
Significantly faster and magic makes her shield useless
