Blade slices him up, Deadpool is skilled but if it weren't for his ability to regenerate and survive life-threatening injuries he'd lose a lot of the fights he got involved in.

It would be more even if Deadpool could regenerate a lot quicker though, when he gets his limbs cut off he has to grow new ones which take a few hours IIRC.

Problem is Blade is so much better then him that Wade will be Sashimi before he even knows what hit him.
