Tobey,Andrew and the current Spider man vs Captain America(Rogers)
Standard fight. The Spider Men have all been pulled into pre- Civil War MCU timeline and are being mind controlled by Scarlet Witch to kill Captain America . Fight set in Central Park at night.
Who wins?
Pre-Civil War means Cap doesn't even have his more impressive feats yet as he only has First Avenger, The Avengers, and AoU to pull from.
Holland Spidey even with just his CW feats is Cap's physical superior by a lot. And now he's got his two big brothers with him? Cap gets ping-ponged by his own shield as all 3 Spideys just wang it off him until he's dead.

A Spider-Man going full power while in rage mode wouldn't solo? Garfield confirmed that Spidey's pull their punches so they don't hurt or kill people. So you'd have a guy way stronger, faster, and tougher than Cap with webbing and spidey sense trying to murder him. I don't see what he can do to win. He doesn't have a sky bridge to drop on somebody this time.
One of Cap's best strength feats: Stopping a helicopter from taking flight, okay cool.
Tobey's best feat: Stopping a ****ing train going as fast as it can from crashing.
Also it's a lot more impressive to stop something a lot heavier like that from moving forward then something like a helicopter from going up. 1. The Helicopter was barely off the ground, didn't have much time to get momentum. 2. The Helicopter had it's own weight helping Steve.
Meanwhile Tobey-Spidey stopped the train at literally the last second and unlike the Helicopter it had plenty of momentum and was moving forward, not upward.
Then we have Holland's Spidey lifting up a bunch of Rubble and something that looks to be about the size of a train car, he did this after having it collapsed on top of him, once again fighting against the weight.
Garfield caught a car with his web and held it up with his bare hands (and the web, but if he wasn't strong enough to hold it, it would have fallen, and once again he caught it SUDDENLY.)
What was Cap fighting when he was pulling on that Helicopter? ...Helicopter blades, he was fighting Helicopter blades. Helicopters have a weight limit of 300lb/136kg/21.5 Stones per passenger while in the air, so Cap's feat maxes out at 1200lb if we're gonna assume the helicopter has 4 seats. It's too small to have 6.
Still a great feat, unless you factor in both Steve and Bucky's weight, then we're talking like 1000lb or even less, and that's using all his weight and strength.
It just doesn't compare, all the Spidermen are so far above him in strength it's ridiculous.
Which, while indeed very ew, is also indeed very possible for any of the Spideys. Cap's strong, and he's tough. But he's not even approaching the level of Spider-Man strong and tough. Bucky overpowering him with his one robo arm against Cap's 2 arms vs Holland Spidey catching Bucky's full force swing so easily he could marvel at the coolness of the arm while forcibly twisting it around to inspect it against Bucky's will is evidence of that.
Any of them rip in half or oneshot him before he can react

Garfield's best feat is stopping a bus from crashing into the sidewalk after it was hit by a truck.

Also, it's worth noting that the OP says they're transported to the pre-Civil War timeline. Not that it's Civil War Holland Spider-Man and the others. So, it's the three Spider-Men from their most recent appearance, which is No Way Home, with morals off... versus a pre-Civil War i.e. CA:TWS Cap. So, yeah, as many (including myself) have already said, this is a horrible, horrible mismatch. You could throw in every other live-action Super Soldier we've seen on Cap's side and I'd still back the Spider trio.
