The batsuit was a bit inconsistent, allowing Bruce to casually walk through automatic gun fire would mean that any punch or kick from a non superhuman that would feel like a fly landing on him, but we also see him somewhat struggling with untrained regular humans.

Overall, Sam would probably win just based on the fact that the MCU is far less rooted in reality, and regular humans often border on super human, anyways. And that�s not even getting into the tech, and shit.

I assume Sam also has his suit in every round just doesn't get to use his firearms?

Because if so he handily wins this match. Battinson doesn't really have any feats fighting decent opposition outside of thugs. Falcon has feats of going up against supersoldiers and even went one on one with Batroc. Granted he didn't win but it's still a better showing than what we got with Battinson.

Plus his wings provide him better mobility and protection than what Battinson has.
