I can't even begin to describe how lame that list was. Not because I like Data more than Spock, but because 98% of them were just superficial differences.

Data is and Android endevering to become mor human while bringing out the best in the Enterprise's crew. I thought it a neat touch that Before (B4) in Nemesis replaced Data at the end. Personally, Data is a much more lovable, and better understood character who's informative overtalking is key to his success.
"I have encoded the bridge computer with a Fractal encryption code. It is unlikely the Borg will break it" Data - First Contact
"It appears to be a robotic arm." Data - Nemesis
"Oh shit!" Data - Generations
"Lock and load." Data - Insurrection
"Captain, I believe that would be illogical." Spok - Original Series
Spok is a rather redundant character whos most memorable lines end with illogical. Or fastinating while Data is trying to become human, Spok is trying to distance himself from his heritage. It is such in Star Trek VI where he goes to Vulkan with Docter (Bones) M'coy. Anyway if I had to choose, having watched both series's. Data is better.
