Okay, I'm pretty sure a lot of people know who Ryo Sanada is since Ronin Warriors did air in the US so he's not technically an unknown but I know there's gotta be some anime geniuses who know enough about Ken the Eagle (from Science Ninja Team Gatchaman)
Anyway, looking more into it, I believe this might be a draw.
Ken is more fast and agile enough to dodge bullets.
Ryo has much more stronger attacks. With this being said, I don't know would win, even though someone who knows more about them more than me could probably explain more.
This should be moved to the new vs. thread, by the way.
Ryo should easily be able to dodge bullets also. In the OAV's they have some speed feats in sub-armor, and I believe in full armor he was running along walls in the OVA with the Black Armor during his first fight with Mukuro or whatever his name is. Though I can't remember.

Yea I think Sub-Armor makes them faster but lack of using their sure shots. But in Gaiden while they are in America Cye and Ryo run from Chinatown to Manhattan (I believe it's that it's been a little bit) while moving faster than anybody could see. The people on the street only felt the wind from them running by. Though I'm not sure how fast one would need to run to get from Chinatown to Manhattan in five minutes..which is also I believe how long they said it would take. And not sure if what is said matches up with what they actually did.
