Tubalcaine Abilities:
-The Dandy Man wields a variety of enchanted & razor-sharp exploding playing cards, Immortality, Telekinesis (to manipulate cards), Teleportation (utilizing his enchanted cards), Superhuman strength, Superhuman speed and reflexes, Regeneration (possibly, utilizing his enchanted cards), Illusions (possibly, using enchanted cards), defying gravity (can walk on walls), barriers (using enchanted cards)

Subaru Sumeragi & Seishiro Sakurazuka ablilities:
-Both Subaru & Seishiro have roughly the same abilities. The Dragon of Heaven & The Dragon of Earth weild enchanted cards that possess magical powers some powerful enough to take out buildings with ease & also can summons Oni.

Tubalcaine could mop the floor with these two, but could he still, if handicapped? Taking away ALL his abilities other then the use of his cards. Is Tubalcaine just too skilled for these two to handle?
