Seras Victoria vs Naruto

I'm watching the Hellsing anime and trying to find the manga (no luck yet) and I heard that Seras becomes quite the badass (in the manga), so I wanted to see how she's stack up.

Both at peak (unless said peak would cause spite, at which I will reevaluate).

Round 1: Naruto start's in Sage Mode

Round 2: Naruto can go Nine-tails (or less)

She could probably take a couple if we're using her manga adaptation, she was crazy uber l33t towards the end.

She is much faster, at least that is certain, and he cannot take many hits from her Harkannon.

Nine Tails, as in the full Kyuubi, would win assuming the hype around it is true.
