Arceus VS ZeedMillenniummon

Arceus is the Alpha or Pokémon God. Its body is mainly white in color with dark gray portions on its underbelly, face, mane, and tail. Around its torso is a large "wheel" with four jewels embedded onto it where the tips cross,which indicating what plate is attached. Its eyes are red with green whites (its cheeks are also green). On the ends of its feet are golden hooves that change color according to its type, along with the wheel and its eyes and forehead.

According to the Pokédex, Arceus in mythology is said to have shaped the Universe with its "1,000" arms. It has also been stated that Arceus created the Legendary Dragons (Dialga, Palkia, and surprisingly Giratina.) and the Lake Guardian Trio. (Mespirit, Uxie, and Azelf.)

ZeedMillenniummon is an Evil God Digimon that digivolves from Moon=Millenniummon. A single ZeedMillenniummon exists at once at all points in time and space.

ZeedMillenniummon can move freely between all parallel worlds, the past and the future. He appears as a two-headed dragon with his bottom portion trapped in a crystal. His body is surrounded in chains of Fractal Code to negate his powers.

Yeah Zeed would win this one since he was able wipe out universes in his peak and created his fractional code to suppress his own power.

Indeed, I believe it was stated if his fractal code was not in place, the multiverse itself would be destroyed.
