Word of God obviously gives Claire the win here.
Without it, he still blitzed bullet timers all while having fun in his little murder game and has superhuman acrobatic feats. Second scenario is when another bullet timer can team up on Bradley (though she only has a knife). Claire takes both scenarios.

Bradley cuts tank shells in half, lol.

Tank shells > Bullets.

Also, Scar is a bullet-timer. Bradley blitzed him while half-dead.

Bradley easily wins. He has the better speed feats, and the better striking feats, demolishing walls with kicks, cutting through a tank, etc.
