Interesting. I do not know the exact details behind Fate Stay night/Fate Zero's servants and how they work, but I remember someone telling me in Fate Zero's forum that the servants could only be hurt by noble phantasms from other servants(noble phantasms being like special skills/abilities/weapons the servants possess) Supposedly servants can tank up to nuclear explosions without any harm if they ain't noble phantasms.
Still I dunno anything about Uvogin(besides the wiki link), so I can't really say who wins. All I know is I'm going to be behind Arturia's corner.
I'm assuming other supernatural qualities will be effective in a similar fashion. I will note, it doesn't have to be the noble phantasms of servants- their hands, their feet, their non-NP weapons and magic. They can just hurt each other. Also, non-servants with magic can hurt each other too, there's a supernatural assassin who enhances his hands with magic who hurts Saber. Rin's spellcasting can work too.
Also even though it's stated, personally I have my doubts about a servant surviving a mundane nuke unharmed. Though the resistance to mundane attacks is definitely much higher than magic ones.
