Ho-oh's main attacks are fire based. Reshiram resists them being a dragon/fire type.

It's a quadruple resistance, of course he's going to resist Sacred Fire. Also, being fire he's immune to being Burned.
I don't think a Ho-Oh can take a Draco Meteor from Reshiram though. |
