zoro:
every ability previously used
has all three swords
asura is allowed
sasuke:
NO EMS, we do not have enough information about the ability
ms is allowed
has 1 sword
all other attacks (chidori, fire style abilities, ameratsu, susanoo)
curse mark full form is allowed
NOTE: asura is not a finishing move, its been approved by oda that the monster trio of the straw hats all unlocked new sustainable formations during the cp9 arc, also in the form he used another nine sword style attack to finish kaku.
round 1:
100% healthy
on a plain, one or 2 hills here or there
25 feet away
no prep time
no formations, everything allowed but curse mark and asura
unlimited time allowed
round 2:
same as first roung except-
bloodlust
sasuke spoke bad about luffy and the strawhats
zoro spoke bad about itachi and the uchiha clan
speed is equal
transformations allowed this time
half an hour allowed
GIVE REASONS WHY YOU THINK THE WAY YOU DO!!!

Eh, he has MS, which means Susano'o, which means those ultra-fast arrows as well as higher durability.
And Sasuke has high general speed, so he can keep things at range (In melee, he's likely fast enough to block and such, but lightning sword vs Zoro's three-swords with Haki? C'mon, no contest, Zero wins that). Zoro still has ranged slices, but it still helps.
Also I'll note we have seen one move Sasuke's gained since EMS- that amaterasu-shotgun he used against the Zetsu. That'd be nasty for Zoro, so it's good he doesn't have it here.
Overall Genjutsu is the best tactic though, yea. Zoro has a *lot* of power, so even against Susano'o Zoro'll win a physical fight, but in a genjutsu power doesn't matter so much.
genjutsu can only work on people who have unlocked there chakra, or have it at all. buddha says everyone has ki/ chi but chakra is a branch off, idk if everyone has it or if it is just a thing in naruto verse. kaku said during his fight with zoro that his asura along with other attacks are based off of his spirit/ spirit energy. genjutsu is out of the question and cant hurt people with their chakra dorment.
if genjutsu not working on people with their chakra dorment or us not having enough info on ems is what u mean by taking away from sasuke then your wrong, i want a fair fight and i dont know if taking ems from sasuke is that much of a downer. plus i dont want insta-kill
so you guys are saying zoro would lose. HAH. lets set up a scenario where he shoots the ameratsu fire at zoro while zoro is in asura. he switches up arms and a spirit arms burns off never harming zoro in which he goes in for the kill while making another spirit arm. and for all of this to happen he has to get hit by the fire in the first place. i think zoro would win.
Are you guys serious? Sasuke can move at hypersonic speeds by enforcing his feet with chakra. Not to mention that he knows any move that Zorro will make before he does, because of his sharingan. I know Zorro has three swords, but what use will they have once Sasuke's lightning sword runs through them like a butcher knife through hot butter? What would Zorro do when faced with a random black flame that's hotter than he can comprehend appearing on his chest and engulfing him? He would die, like any other character in One Piece, excluding the slight possibility of White Beard, who still gets trapped in Tsukiyomi. Sasuke definitely wins this one like a champ.
