choji has his three pills and no restrictions
chopper has three rumble balls and no restrictions
battle at full power
K.O. to win
100% healthy
choji isnt hungry
and the three colored pills last as long as rumble balls ( three minutes)
because i dont know the actuall time
chopper monster point takes close to the same amount of toll on the body as chojis pills

Is this pre-skip or current Chopper? 'cause his current self only needs a rumble ball for his Monster form.
Choji < Chopper's forms < Butterfly Choji < Monster form = Giant Choji.

post timeskip btw, and remember this rumble ball last for three minutes and fatigues body, though not as bad as choji's and his three pills, its still something to take note of.

Post timeskip Choji doesn't need the pills to do what he does in the Sasuke Retrieval arc and it really can't be said whether they help now or not.
As for the thread I'm not sure. Chopper probably has feats in his favor but the pill roughs him up badly.

the pills dont do that much damage to chopper, they just fatigue him. choji on the other hand is supposed to be near death afterwards. though he has showed against asuma that he can make the chakra wings show up without pills, they do still buff him quite a bit
