 Kenshin vs Raiden(Metal Gear)

Both are in their manslaying forms; Kenshin is Battousai and Raiden is Jack the Ripper. Can Kenshin beat Raiden's cybernetics and how would Raiden stack up to Kenshin's Godlike speed?

It's inconsistent but Raiden has feats that go as far as blocking the sword blows of a Metal gear as well as picking up (with like no leverage) and tossing said metal gear without too much effort.
