Basil should win, he withstood a blast from Mr. Buu. Yes that blast was non-bloodlusted, but he he still shrugged it off. Either would have gotten KO'd from that. So steroid form should take the win.

Free-for-all not sure, I'd still give it to Basil. Dabura>Cell.
