How does a Stand do against the ultimate life form that Joseph could only defeat by banishing to the vaccume of space?

Kars eventually assimilates his own stand simply by being the perfect lifeform, but Jotaro nonetheless pulls off a comeback victory upon deducing the way Joseph beat this guy when he was younger.
Thus, while the below music plays in the background and Star Platinum is saying Ora Ora Ora Ora Ora Ora Ora Ora x 1000, Star PLatinum stops time and hits Kars hard enough to send him back into space.
Fact is, he had nothing when he beat Kars. In an arena, he's screwed, but make it a scenerio where he can use his wits, and I bet he could take Jotaro more times then not.

Which doesn't matter IMO as the dude's ability and demonstrated intelligence definitely make assimilating a stand quite feasible. Kars would likely get his ass kicked initially, cowardly flee the battle, reflect on his battle with Jotaro and figure it out. He'd then come back with a vengeance with his own version of Star Platinum, slap Jotaro around a bit and spend a few minutes bragging about how he's got this fight in the bag. That's when Jotaro would scratch his brain for any clue on beating this guy (kind of like he did with Heavenly Ascension Dio in the game), realize that Joseph somehow knocked Kars into space and would then do the same to Kars after baiting him into thinking he'd lost. That is if Araki were writing it anyway.
Don't count young Joseph out. Win or lose, he's the king of making the seemingly useless quite useful. At very least, I think had he still been young when he engaged Dio in Stardust Crusaders, with slightly more clever use of hermit purple, he could've won or mortally wounded the vampire at least.
Joseph was clearly a bit senile by the time of Stardust Crusaders.
In his youth, he progressed faster then anyone in a short time, including Jonathan. Went from barely being able to hold his own against a single Pillar Man, to defeating the (arguably) most powerful villain in the series without any weakness exploitations or offensive capabilities.
I can't see Jotaro beating even a single Pillar Man without his stand.
