Maybe, if they stood there and let them do it.
But if Freeza can resist a small amount of destruction energy, it's also possible angels can tank a whole lot more. And Angels seem on a different level then the highest universal beings..

We don't really know enough about the angels to know for sure if they can be destroyed by destruction energy. Even if they could, Beerus would never get the chance to do it.
