Kale, who nearly broke the arena, tanked a SSJ Blue Kamehameha, and was only stopped by Jiren, vs Hit.
Who wins?

That was before Kale's power became common knowledge.
Kale was freaking out just about everyone.
It says something that Jiren felt the need to act at all, given he was biding his time and conserving his energy.

Hit, for sure. After bodying Hit, Jiren notes that all the people worth his attention are gone, implying Hit > Vegeta, Frieza, Kale, etc. Plus feats support it.

And also implying Toppo > Vegeta, Frieza, Kale... which we know it isn't true. Without Jiren, Toppo and Dyspo are out of the question to take care of them. Jiren will have to fight again.
And actually he didn't notice Hit being worthy fighting him. Jiren even said what is Hit doing, he didn't care about Hit. He was like ''What are you doing here''. Jiren only thought Goku was worthy fighting him.
If Jiren wanted he could do to Hit already in the beginning the same he did to Kale.
Still for now, Hit > Kale.

Goku's stil on the field, though. He couldn't have implied Goku isn't worth his attention.

Yeah, I don't buy that myself. Plus, Jiren's team is down to three people and U7, by my count, still has the most contestants remaining. There is nothing stopping them from using their brains (albeit unlikely) and coasting for the remainder of the tournament. Jiren is going to sit out you say? Sweet, then we'll sit out as well. Spanks for playing, suckers! It just screams of the writers saying "We don't know what to do with Jiren despite Vermod's order for him to starting mowing down the other teams, so we're just got put him off the side until we're ready for Goku to get back into the action."
Oh yeah, and Hit beats Kale rather comfortably.

We haven't even seem Toppo true power yet. We seen him powering up at the end of his fight against Goku, so as of right now, it's all a guessing game. He must be extremely powerful if they are prepping him for the next God of destruction.
Uhh, we don't know that isn't true. In the Exhibition match, Toppo was powering up to rival SSJB KK Goku. They were equals. Toppo, Goku, Beerus, and Daishinkan all noted as much. There is no reason to believe Toppo can't handle Vegeta, Frieza, Kale, etc. and to say we "know" he can't handle them is pretty unsupported.
Yes, Jiren did consider Hit being worthy. Literally immediately after knocking off Hit, he said all the fighters (plural) I'm NEEDED for are gone. Hit was worthy.
No, because we already saw Hit tanking blows from a suppressed Jiren. Kale got oneshotted. Jiren could oneshot Hit, but he'd have to power up much more than he did against Kale.

Hit wasn't even on his list. The fight happened because Hit attacked him. Hit didn't do shit, Goku went to the next level. Nope, only Goku was worthy fighting him, which is even easier to see now that the fights are over.
And yes... we are sure that Toppo and Dyspo aren't enough to take care of other fighters.
Nice job not actually responding to my post. Jiren explicitly states that he was needed to take down Hit. Implying Jiren is not needed to take down Vegeta, Frieza, Kale, etc. Toppo can handle them, given his relative parity with SSJB KK Goku.

Yep. Goku knows Toppo is a rival as well which is the reason he kept trying to fight him during the beginning of the tournament. Toppo is powerful enough to take on any of the Z fighters.
