Kefla would still win. He's tired, but his power output isn't lowered. Vegetto blasted through Zamasu like he was nothing, but still needed to eat a sensu bean so he could regain his stamina to fight Zamasu because the two people he fused from were fatigued.
Course, if you want to go with stamina means they have a lower power than they should, even though they are fighting at their max power level form, then we'd have to have a refreshed Kefla against a refreshed Goku...because against fusion doesn't automatically restore stamina, hence the need for Vegetto to eat a sensu bean. Because Caulifla was completely beaten, and hardly able to even move.

As for now, it seems SSBKKx20 Goku would certainly destroy Kefla. But if Kefla keeps increasing her power and holds good against UI Goku until Goku goes again depleted, then maybe in next episode we see that SSBGoku can't win against Kefla. Jiren even goes out of meditation beause of their fight.

Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
Blue would stomp base Kefla, but he still needs SSBKK, maybe not at x20, maybe x10 or below to defeat ssj Kefla.
Have to disagree, Berserk Kale was on slightly above SSJ3 and was man-handled by a tired SSG goku.
Wait, what? Didn't Berserk Kale walk through a SSJB Kamehameha from Goku? That's way more impressive than Kefla so far, imo. She's barely above SSJB Goku who's been completely exhausted since fighting Jiren.
